Forum Upgraded

Well, the upgrade is pretty much complete. There are now new versions of the forum, portal and gallery installed. I believe most everything is working although there are a few known problems that I'm still working on.

If you happen to run into any strange behavior please post about it either in this thread or in the Bug Report (http://www.babblers.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=49) forum.

i have been having trouble the past few months getting the "show new posts' function to display all the posts, but have been too busy to mention it to you
the new software looks great and also seems to be working great :)
