We could change the location so it'd be on the peninsula, south bay, Marin, etc.

Whatya think?

I didn't even realize until your message that SpeedRing had finally opened! Count me in, it sounds like a blast.

Great idea!

Alice's Restaurant in Woodside would be a fun meet spot... scenic routes from all sides.

Another thought would be the Elephant Bar & Restaurant in Millbrae/Burlingame. There is always parking in the lot the other side of the El Torrito where some steakhouse has been closed for over two years that I know of... We'd be able to line-up cars there without worry about dings. Another reason why that might be a good meet spot would be the many highways to take to get there. 101, 280/380, 92, etc. are all within 10 miles of this restaurant on Airport Blvd.

Benihana's is also in that strip.

Cheers,

We could make our drives include events. Such as a drive to a winery and take in a tour or tasting. We could also make it a point to take drives to nearby tracks like Laguna Seca and Sears Point whenever they have a race. The American LeMans Series(911's, 911TT's, M3's, Z06's, R8's, etc..) will be at both and there will be sports car races too. It would be fun to do things like that BABBLERS-style.
